I love it because it is the only room in my house where I can lock myself away from the rest of the world. Reed died there, and Jane imagines his ghost now haunts the room, troubled by wrongdoing regarding his last wishes. This urge to explore another room in the house motivates me to put down my leaky ball-point, to rise, and to consider the other incredible experiences that await my senses. My house is always crazy, with my dog barking, and my siblings running around making noise, my room is the only place homework helper in the house where I can come and relax without caring about everything else, the only place that I can go to clear. Next to my bed which is in the middle of the room is my entertainment center which holds my stereo and pictures and just odds and ends. Also my room is a comfortable place to study or just to relax. These sorts of stories usually have a setting of a dark, abandoned and scary place. Bedrooms are a place where we can be comfortable and we can sit back and relax.
